What we fix first
You're the bottleneck
Every decision routes through you. We write the decisions down so they stop needing you.
Leads die in the CRM
Ownership, response time and follow-up cadence by lead source, with one person accountable.
Agents come and go
Onboarding that works in week one, expectations in writing, and a reason to stay.
You hired the wrong role first
We map the seats, then fill them in the right order. Usually admin before agents.
Meetings are story time
A 45-minute weekly meeting built on a scoreboard, not updates.
Month end is a surprise
Seven numbers reviewed every week, so nothing surprises you in December.
Questions
Who do you work with?
Real estate teams, brokerages and mortgage lenders that need their operation written down: lead handling, transactions, processing and closing, onboarding, and the weekly numbers.
Do you replace a coach?
No. A good coach sets the direction and holds you to it. I build the procedures underneath, so the plan you make with your coach actually runs on Monday morning. The two work best together.
What does a project look like?
We map how work really moves today, decide the standard, write the SOPs with the people who do the work, assign an owner to each, and set the weekly numbers that show whether it's working.
What's your background?
I co-founded DirectLender.com and, as CFO, wrote the SOPs behind 280 offices and about 3,000 people. Then I did it again for a real estate brokerage, a property fund and a construction company.
